Neem oil is a natural vegetable oil and is actually good for your horse’s hooves! It contains essential amino and fatty acids as well as Vitamin E. Neem hoof dressing strengthens the horn development, prevents the hoof from drying out, while it disinfects and destroys bacteria and fungi.

Directions for Use
Neem hoof dressing is applied with a brush (supplied) over clean hooves. Cover the entire hoof, working well into the hairline (coronet) and around the frog. Apply every alternate day under normal conditions or as required. May be used daily during dry weather, or if the hooves are hard and brittle.

It must be noted that correct trimming/farriery is of paramount importance when dealing with hoof problems and Neem hoof dressing is by no means a substitute for veterinary or farriery attention.
