As these pictures show, Nya looks very
unhappy.

For her own comfort, she had to be
stabled 24 hours a day. Her owner had
tried many products on her, some
brought slight relief. She has
rubbed out her fur and has sore areas
on her face and along her mane, her tail
and legs.

Nya's owner used neem oil on her itchy areas, applying it every day and within
afew days she noticed that she had
stopped rubbing against the stable .

After around 5 days, the sore areas were considerably better.

After 3 weeks, I revisited Nya to take more photos and to replenish the supply of
neem oil!

Look at the difference in Nya now! Not only is the fur growing back on her
face, but she is happy and alert - nothing like the first visit. She is being
turned out on a daily basis and enjoying being a horse again!

Nya now enjoys the life of a normal horse - out at grass
every day. Her life has vastly improved.
